A new white flour dedicated to the production of pizza coming only from Italian grains designed to rediscover the ancient flavors of the past while respecting human health and the environment. La Biologica is an organic flour of type “0” with a medium-high protein content, obtained from the selection of the best national organic grains of the reference agricultural year. In fact it has a W of 250.
