The fine pulp of tomato packaged in milk 4.05 kg. The product obtained from the processing of fresh, healthy and ripe tomatoes, subsequently peeled, cut into small pieces, added enriching juice and subjected to a filling process. The raw material is processed using appropriate technology such as optical and manual sorting, scalding, peeling, extrusion, draining, mixing with tomato sauce, pasteurization heat treatment and aseptic filling. Tomatoes are grown and processed in Italy in the Piacenza area. They are very sweet and dense at the right point. You can use them as they are to garnish pizza.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Smell: typical of fresh tomato, characteristic of healthy and ripe tomato, free from unpleasant notes
Taste: fresh, sweet, no aftertaste, free from unpleasant notes
Color: bright red, free from black dots or different color from that of healthy tomato and proper ripeness.
Consistency: grainy, homogeneous, dense. Recommended for: pizza base, pasta. Used as it is, or for the preparation of sauces or other gastronomic products
