Orders and shipments

To make online purchases, add the products you are interested in to your shopping cart. When you are finished, go to the shopping cart, click on “Buy” and follow the directions.

Businesses, Commercial establishments, Public bodies and event organizers, can contact us by sending the request for a customized, no-obligation quote.

Packaging: Depending on the quantity or type of goods ordered, the order will be packaged in cardboard boxes with appropriate arrangements to prevent breakage during transport, or on wooden pallets of various sizes and wrapped in stretch film.

  • Shipping to Italy:

Once payment is received (immediate with credit cards and cash on delivery, a couple of working days for bank transfer) we will prepare the package for shipping the goods.

COD shipping due to health emergency is no longer possible. We apologize to customers. We hope to restore service as soon as possible. Orders are accepted only after verification of advance payment by Credit Cards or bank transfer.

If payment by bank transfer is not received within 5 days, the order will be deleted.

Receipt of the package will be within 2 to 3 working days on the mainland, while, for the islands, it takes a couple of days longer. We currently have the contract of shipping with the express courier company  and with  For bulkier and heavier shipments.

GLS, being a European-wide operator, once the shipment has departed, it can be tracked by the customer by receiving a link via e-mail. Brigl, a Trentino-wide operator, uses the network of correspondents through the Palletweiss circuit. To find out the status of the shipment, you will have to call or send us an inquiry email to which we will reply with the shipment number and phone number of the shipping company that will physically make the delivery.

If the goods should return to the sender for any reason beyond our control, the return of the package will be made at the expense of the originator, again by prepayment. In your interest therefore please write the ‘address correctly. Try to provide an address even if it is different from yours, but where there is always someone available to pick up the goods and a phone number to contact in case of need.

It is also recommended, in order to avoid possible misunderstandings, to always use the same e-mail/contact address for all correspondence referring to the same order.

Any damage resulting from transportation should be reported only at the time of delivery so that insurance reimbursement practices can be initiated. No refunds will be made in other cases.


Italy Shipping Costs:

Transparent and clear shipping charges; proportional to what you buy. The more you buy, the less you spend transportation. Free port for orders over  150.00 euros + vat excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands where free port is obtained with orders over 300.00 euros + vat. Shipping of some items (flours, sugar, salt, biolit, and humus), due to their low price and high weight, are always charged.

No minimum order.

  • Overseas Shipping:

Overseas shipments are possible only after payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. We do not ship COD. Transportation costs are calculated automatically by the system throughout Europe for orders up to 50 kg in weight and will be entrusted to GLS. For heavier weights or shipping to other states, please email your request to ryou will receive a complete, detailed, no-obligation quote.

The company of Bolzano and its network of correspondents, will carry out the shipment and related delivery. To find out the status of the delivery, please call or send an email inquiry.

Order cancellation:

It is possible to cancel your order for any reason before the procedures for shipping the ordered products have begun.


The Customer can make use of the right of withdrawal or reconsideration according to the current e-commerce regulations
legislative reference (Legislative Decree 206/2005) . Purchases made on the site are governed by Italian mail order law. If you got your order wrong or it does not meet your expectations, you have 10 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We will accept the return of any item by refunding the full amount (except shipping costs as required by Italian law and any goods that arrived damaged). For goods delivered with free transportation, 10% of the amount of goods including vat will be deducted.

In the return shipping package, which must be properly packaged, you must include a copy of the delivery note and send it to  “Ditta Amore Raffaele snc, via Parteli, 29 – 38068 Rovereto (TN)- Italy.” If of interest, we can provide an estimate on re-entry costs to take advantage of the favorable costs of our subscription. In any case, the costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
