Wild black is the seed of a plant (Zizania aquatica) that grows wild in Canada and parts of North America. It is commonly called “wild rice”, it actually belongs to the grass family. “Wild Black” has a higher protein content than rice and is characterized by a dark color and hazelnut weapon. It is particularly suitable for salads and special fillings.
