Description

Dried wild porcini mushrooms are particularly suitable for risottos, polenta, flavorings in general. Quality; Commercial.

Ingredients: Boletus edulis PORCINI MUSHROOMS and its group (Boletus edulis, Boletus reticulatus, Boletus pinicola, Boletus aereus)

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:  Sections of mushroom also in pieces with crumbs: no more than 15%, meat color from light brown to dark brown, the presence of manipulation crumbs, typical fungal odor, crunchy texture. Tramites of larvae no more than 25%, blackened hymenium no more than 20%.

Instructions for use:  For use it is recommended to soak the mushrooms in warm water for about an hour, rinse well and then cook to taste.

Energy: 1106 kJ/264 kcal; Fat 3.7 g of which Saturated fatty acids 0.8 g; Carbohydrates 15.6 g of which Sugars 1.3 g; Protein: 36.7 g; Salt 0,03 g.

Preservation:  STORE IN A COOL AND VERY DRY PLACE, the duration is subject to proper storage.

For long periods, it is better to store them in the freezer.

Allergens: does not contain allergens 

Shelf life: they are supplied with an average residual life of about 10/12 months.
