Pellegrini fast yellow flour – pack of 18 bags of 500 grams

Flour obtained from the grinding and pre-cooking of vitreous yellow corn, suitable for a fragrant polenta ready in 5 minutes. 

Use half a kilo of flour per 2 liters
of water, and cook for 5 minutes.

Ingredients: Pre-cooked corn flour – GLUTEN FREE (present in the Handbook of the Italian Celiac Association.

Expiration: the flour is supplied with a deadline of 8/10 months. To be stored especially in summer in a cool, aerated and dry place to prevent the formation of butterflies.
