Venere nero rice is an Italian rice with a small and fragrant grain, with an aroma that
reminiscent of freshly baked bread, typical of oriental rice.
Brown rice, that is, not subjected to the treatments that deprive it of integuments and therefore richer in nutrients.
It is considered in particular an important source of fiber. Medium grain rice.
It is suitable for preparations based on fish and vegetables.
