5 seasons Gluten-Free – pack of one kg

A special mixture for pizza doughs composed of raw materials naturally free of gluten and milk. Thanks to its composition it allows to make gluten-free pizzas extremely light and digestible. Its simple and intuitive recipe guarantees always excellent results.

Ingredients: Corn starch, potato starch, salt, psyllium seed fiber, legume flour (pea), sugar, vegetable fibers (potato, pea, rice, flax), millet flour, thickeners: E464, inulin, flaxseed flour, rice flour, baking soda, guar seed flour, natural flavors, sodium pyrophosphate, dextrose.
