All the flavor and tradition of Amaretto by Matilde Vicenzi, already pulverized in grain, to be used as a decoration on biscuits, pastries and ice creams or as an ingredient for spoon or baked desserts. In pack of 4 kilograms.

Ingredients:  Sugar, apricot almonds 18%, egg white, lactose and milk proteins, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), natural flavor.

Allergens:  gluten, eggs, other nuts, sulphites.

Nutritional value per 100 grams:  Energy value 1840 kJ / 436 kcal; fat 10.2 g, of which saturated 1 g; carbohydrates 77.7 g, of which sugars 76.6 g, fiber 3 proteins 6.9 g; salt 0.13 g;

Preservation:  at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Close well after opening.
