Fabbri syrup (Mixybar) elderflower high concentration. Plastic bottle of 1.30 kg (net weight) equivalent to one liter of product with practical open-and-close spout. – Product for professional use –

Ingredients: sugar
 
, water, glucose syrup,  natural flavor elderflower, acidifier: citric acid. 

Instructions for use: shake before use. Dosage for cocktails: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water. For granita (directly in the granite): 1 part syrup + 4 parts water.

SPRITZ HUGO: Directly in the wine glass: ice, 6 cl of Prosecco, 2 cl Mixybar Elderflower, Seltz to fill (about 6 cl). Stir slightly. Decorate with a sprig of mint and a clove of red apple.

GLUTEN-FREE.
