BACKGROUNDS: Southeast Asia.

DESCRIPTION: they are the fruits of Piper Nigrum (evergreen creeper that grows in the humid jungle of tropical areas). They are stripped of the pericarp by rubbing in water. They are round grains, with a smooth surface of grayish white color. They retain spicy smell and taste.

USES AND APPLICATIONS: although black pepper is more widely used, white pepper is also one of the most appreciated spices in the various fields of the food industry and culinary art.

STORAGE METHODS: The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.

MINIMUM SHELF LIFE:  24/36 months in compliance with the storage methods.
