Instant granular skimmed milk powder obtained by drying with hot air and subsequent agglomeration.

Preparation:  add
2 grams of product in a little hot or cold water (not boiling)
to obtain skimmed milk (max fat of the reconstructed product :
0,15%). By increasing the dose of product, you get a richer drink
and tasty. Excellent in the production of ice cream and / or distributors
