Zuccato sweet and sour peppers in strips – glass jar of 720 ml

Zuccato sweet and sour peppers in strips they are processed from fresh (without the passage
in brine), with the addition of a mixture of aromatic herbs,
sugar and wine vinegar aged in wooden barrels.
The element that determines the exceptionality of this product is the quality
of the pepper we use: the “ox horn”, so called for the
characteristic elongated shape and single tip.
It is a type of pepper exceptional in its texture, compactness and sweetness. They are produced in Italy. Net weight g 680. Drained weight g 350.

Ingredients: peppers, water, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, natural flavors.

Allergens: does not contain allergens.

Nutritional value per 100 grams: energy value 172 kJ / 40 kcal; fat 0 g, of which

Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, they should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed in 15 days.

Shelf life: 36/40 months on the date of production – minimum 6 months on delivery
