This tray is suitable for contact with food according to the regulation EC regulation n. 1935/2004 and subsequent updates however it is not suitable for their preservation so as not to alter the taste of the food. It is advisable not to keep the dish in contact with food for a prolonged time (max 30 minutes). It complies with Directive 94/62/EC regarding the content of heavy metals. The product is disposable and has no expiration date; however, it is recommended to store it in a dry place (excessive moisture can cause the dishes to curl) and away from the sun’s rays and heat sources.
