Cuadro classic Novi: 
The traditional Cremino, reinterpreted by Novi. Praline of the pastry tradition of Piedmont. Two layers of pure gianduja chocolate enclosing a creamy layer of pure chocolate with hazelnut paste.

Ingredients:

Sugar, hazelnuts (29%), cocoa  butter, anhydrous butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifiers: soy lecithin.

Allergens:   hazelnuts, milk, soy. GLUTEN FREE (Present on the Handbook of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) 2020/2021). May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, almonds and soy.

Average nutritional values per 100 grams of product:  Energy value 2523 kJ / 607 kcal; fat 44 g, of which saturated 16 g; carbohydrates 42 g, of which sugars 40 g,; protein, 8.6 g, salt 0.12 g.

Storage: room temperature away from heat sources and sudden changes in temperature. The chocolate should NOT be put in the refrigerator as the sudden cooling brings out the cocoa butter on the surface making it ugly to see.

Expiration: The chocolates are supplied with a residual life of 8/10 months. In any case, they should be kept cool.

The price indicated is intended for the bag of one kg equivalent to about 90 pieces.
