Gaia – Pesto classic recipe – glass jar of 920 ml = 980 grams

Gaia for its Pesto chooses only the most genuine ingredients and further enhances them in olive oil. Basil obtained from
selected seeds, grown in optimal conditions and semi-finished immediately after harvesting, to preserve all their freshness. The basis of semi-finished products and technological evolution mean that Gaia Pesto can be produced at any time of the year and with a richer seasonability and yield
at the time of consumption.

Preservation: Do not freeze. Store the place cool and dry. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 15 days.

Ingredients: olive oil, Italian basil 25%, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, grana padano PDO 4% (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), salt, pine nuts 2%, potato flakes, whey, garlic, natural flavors, acidity regulator: lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. GLUTEN-FREE.

Allergens: cashew nuts, milk, eggs. May contain traces of nuts and almonds. It may exceptionally contain shell fragments.

Expiration: the product comes with a shelf life of about 4/5 months
