Gaia – Bag in box of 4 kg of delicate gastronomic mayonnaise type sauce

The sauce is contained in a plastic bag contained inside the cardboard box that you see in the photo. In order to use the product, you must purchase separately specific dispenser. The sauce has a longer duration because, thanks to the soft bag, it does not come into contact with air. Inside the package there is also a cap to store any unused product in the refrigerator. This system is suitable for large users. 

Ingredients: water, sunflower oil 25%, pasteurized fresh eggs, modified corn starch, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, vegetable fiber, mustard, lemon juice concentrate 0.3%, flavorings, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, acidifier: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. GLUTEN-FREE.
