DESCRIPTION: it is a biennial herb of the Umbelliferae family, from whose seeds the essential oil is extracted by steam distillation.
USES AND APPLICATIONS: caraway fruits are used in the food industry and in medicine, as a powder or as an infusion, as stomachic and carminative.
STORAGE METHODS: The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
MINIMUM SHELF LIFE: 24/36 months in compliance with the storage methods.
