Vicenzi cat tongues – 1.2 Kg carton

The classic light and crumbly biscuits with a narrow and long shape by Matilde Vicenzi, made with only egg whites, sugar, butter and flour and ideal to serve as a pastry with tea or coffee to garnish puddings or ice cream. 

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type “0”, sugar, vegetable fats, lactose, milk proteins, salt, dextrose, vanilla flavor, egg white powder, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate).
