Fabbri sour cherries pre-candied in syrup in a practical metal can with a plastic screw cap of 1.25 kg (net weight). Kg 0.5 drained weight.

Ingredients: sugar black cherries, glucose syrup, water black cherry juice (4%), citric acidifier, fragrances dye anthocyanins extracted from vegetables. Sour cherries used: 40 g per 100 g of finished product. They are produced in Italy.

Instructions for use: At will. They are ideal for garnishing ice cream, cakes, etc.

GLUTEN-FREE. VEGAN OK. Mechanically pitted product. May contain kernels or fragments of kernels.
