BOTANICAL SPECIES: <\/span>Capsicum Annuum.<\/span> <\/span><\/h3>\n

ORIGINS: <\/span>Hungary, Moravia, Spain, Peru.<\/span><\/h3>\n

DESCRIPTION: <\/span>they are the fruits of Capsicum Annuum (annual herbaceous plant). <\/span> To obtain the sweet paprika, only the pulp is ground, well cleaned of the seeds and white ribs.<\/span><\/h3>\n

USES AND APPLICATIONS: <\/span>it is used directly as a fresh vegetable. Once dried and reduced to powder, it is used in the cured meat industry and in gastronomy and also as a dye.<\/span><\/h3>\n

STORAGE METHODS:<\/span> The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.<\/span><\/h3>\n
