Taggiasca olives embellished with extra virgin olive oil, a product used for the preparation of pizzas, focaccia, appetizers, first and second courses. It can be used both raw and cooked. They are produced in Italy.

Taggiasca quality olives in brine pitted (60%), extra virgin olive oil (39%) salt, aromatic herbs (thyme, bay leaf, rosemary), acidity regulators: E330.

Nutritional value per 100 grams: energy value 1391 kJ / 338 kcal; fat 35,6 g, of which
saturated acids 5.5 g; carbohydrates 0.8 g, of which sugars 0 g; protein 1.6 g; salt 4.8 g.
Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, they should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed in 5 days always covered with oil.
Shelf life: 18/20 months from the date of production.
