Active sourdough with wheat germ comes from the noblest part of the grain, the germ. Unlike other sourdoughs, this yeast does not require the addition of other leavening agents as it completely replaces them. One of the main advantages of using this yeast is the development of particular aromatic stamps able to enhance the flavor and aroma of the finished product. It is suitable for all types of bread, breadsticks, crackers, focaccia and leavened desserts. Particularly suitable for pizza bases.

Ingredients: Sourdough with wheat germ 73% (dried soft wheat flour, dried wheat germ sourdough 10%) vital wheat gluten, yeast, enzymes. Product certified by Halal Global (control and certification body for Halal products)
Method of use: bread: 10% of the weight of the flour. Pizza: 1-3% of the weight of the flour according to the leavening times. It is advised to use active sourdough in triple the amount normally used of fresh brewer’s yeast.

Shelf life: comes with a residual life of 8/10 months. To be stored preferably in a cool, aerated and dry place.
