Woodpecker Gewurz Gurchen-Sweet and sour cucumbers
are chosen cucumbers, stored in in brandy vinegar flavored with mustard seeds, dill, onion, pepper and coriander.
Without the addition of dyes or aromas, they are ideal as side dishes but also to give more taste to quick snacks.
