ORIGINS: annual plant native to Africa and Indonesia, now widely cultivated also in India.
DESCRIPTION: these are the seeds of natural sesame deprived of the skin and therefore light in color (white-ivory).
USES AND APPLICATIONS: the seeds are spread on bread, crakers, biscuits and buns. Sesame oil is great for moisturizing the skin and can be used for cooking.
STORAGE METHODS: The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
