PRODUCT: BOTANICAL SPECIES: Piper Nigrum.
ORIGINS: India, Brazil, Madagascar. Other important origins are also represented by Sri Lanka, Indonesia and recently Ecuador.
DESCRIPTION: they are the fruits of Piper Nigrum (evergreen climber that grows in the humid jungle of tropical areas), sorted, with uniform size and weight, cleaned of impurities and dust; of wrinkled surface, reticulated and brown in color, with thin and fragile pericarp. The taste and smell are spicy, characteristic and tasteful.
USES AND APPLICATIONS: as it is known it is one of the most commonly used spices in the fields of food industry and culinary art.
STORAGE METHODS: The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from sources of light and heat.
MINIMUM SHELF LIFE: 24/36 months in compliance with the storage methods.
