Pumpkin sweet and sour cucumbers are a typical food of the Nordic countries that we have
made known and appreciated by the Italian consumer. Success
obtained is to be found in the attention paid to the product.
All ingredients are carefully selected: cucumber is processed exclusively fresh
(without stopping in brine); strictly wine vinegar is obtained
with the traditional chip system and aged in wooden barrels;
the numerous aromatic herbs, without prevailing over each other, together
sugar give the product a classic and unmistakable taste. The

Are
excellent, however, as a side dish for all cured meats and as appetizers.
In summer, kept in the refrigerator, sweet and sour cucumbers are a great place
