Ingredients:
Sugar, hazelnuts (27%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, low-fat cocoa (7%), cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavor
Allergens: hazelnuts, milk, soy. GLUTEN FREE. Present on the Handbook of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) 2020/2021. May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, almonds and soy.
Average nutritional values per 100 grams of product: Energy value 2396 kJ / 577 kcal; fat 41 g, of which saturated 16 g; carbohydrates 39 g, of which sugars 36 g,; protein, 9.4 g, salt 0.10 g.
Storage: room temperature away from heat sources and sudden changes in temperature. The chocolate should NOT be put in the refrigerator as the sudden cooling brings out the cocoa butter on the surface making it ugly to see.
Expiration: The chocolates are supplied with a residual life of 8/10 months. In any case, they should be kept cool.
