Milord Novi: extra bitter dark chocolates 72% banded. Elegant chocolate ideal as an accompaniment to coffee.

Ingredients:
  Cocoa mass, Sugar, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa, natural flavor, Cocoa 72% minimum.

Allergens:  milk, soy. GLUTEN FREE (Present on the Handbook of the Italian Celiac Association AIC 2016). May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, almonds and soy.

Average nutritional values per 100 grams of product:  Energy value 2449 kJ / 591 kcal; fat 45.9 g, of which saturated 27.5 g; carbohydrates 32.5 g, of which sugars 27.0 g,; protein, 8.0 g, salt 0.006 g.

Storage: room temperature away from heat sources and sudden changes in temperature. The chocolate should NOT be put in the refrigerator as the sudden cooling brings out the cocoa butter on the surface making it ugly to see.

Chocolates come with a residual life of at least 10 months. In any case, they should be kept cool.
