is able to cover the different needs of the pastry chef more
demanding, from pre-baking use, to filling, up to the
gelling. Gold, for example, has an apricot content up to
70%.

the very high fruit content (up to 180% for the “prunellata”),
guarantees the laboratory variety and stability to cooking of

Fruit used: 40 grams per 100 grams. Total sugars: 65 grams per 100 grams. GLUTEN-FREE. It does not contain GMOs and without dyes.
