Not only Wheat, it is a special multiceral mix indicated for the production of classic pizza doughs. The presence of Naturkraft Sourdough, allows to obtain a very digestible and light pizza with a crumbly consistency with a rich and intense flavor. It is recommended to use it in doughs that require long leavening at a controlled temperature (refrigerator).
Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour type “00”, cereal flours 11.5% (hulled BARLEY flake flour, whole OAT flake flour, wholemeal SPELT flour, RYE flour, CORN flour), crushed CORN extruded, dried WHEAT sourdough, malted soft WHEAT flour.
Allergens: cereals containing gluten. May contain traces of milk, eggs, sesame seeds, gluten and their derivatives.
