The domestic composter allows the production of quality fertilizer from kitchen waste.
The correct fermentation, without any unpleasant odor, allows to use as fertilizer both the leachate collected in the double bottom, and the wet part matured in the container.

It is recommended not to keep it on the balcony with direct sun. The temperature above 40 degrees kills the enzymes by blocking fermentation. You can safely keep it even in the kitchen. The secret is to add Bokashi (to be purchased separately) every time you add the scraps. It is wheat bran fermented with microorganisms that, in contact with moisture, are activated and begin to work. The color may vary depending on the shipments.
