The grains of Ribe parboiled fine rice have the characteristic golden color, the result of parboilization which is a steam processing of raw rice that favors the migration of minerals and vitamins inside the grain. It always remains al dente and is especially suitable for rice salads. It is widely used in collective catering because it does not cook.

Storage after opening: The rice is contained in a vacuum plastic bag placed in a cardboard case. The optimum storage temperature is 17° with a relative humidity of 65 %.
Shelf life: comes with an average residual life of about 15 months.
