In principle, yes. It might happen that a company changes the product graphics and the photo on our site does not update. But nothing more. Another case, would pose would be when we buy, for example, dextrose from various suppliers, but it is usually specified in the product description that they could be from different sources, but still dextrose is involved
Each shipment will be accompanied by a transport document which can be a ddt or an accompanying invoice placed in a special adhesive document holder envelope attached to a parcel if you have registered with all your tax information to be followed by telematic sending of the pdf which you will find in your tax drawer. Or a receipt will be issued (which you will always find in a sticky document envelope affixed to a package) if you have provided only the essential data to give rise to the shipment (first name, last name, address, phone and email)
When the courier arrives, BEFORE accepting the package/shipping, I have to check that everything is okay and there is no apparent damage. If there are, I have to report the damage by writing on the document a brief description of what was found (e.g., broken bag arrived, dented carton, wet carton, missing neck, broken bottle, etc.), take a couple of photos both from a distance and up close, and forward it to info@dittaamore.it so that we can report it to the insurance company open the file for reimbursement/replacement.

We ship throughout Italy and Europe.
Our system automatically calculates both light and heavy shipping charges in Italy, while, for Europe, the automatic calculation of charges, works only for shipments up to 31 kg. For the others, you need to contact our office for a customized quote based on weight, volume and cargo destination.
